These Terms of Use govern your use of AirsKoi. By accessing or using our services, you agree to these terms.

1. Eligibility

There are no age restrictions to use AirsKoi. However, users under the age of majority in their jurisdiction should obtain parental/guardian consent.

2. Accounts

• You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure.
• You are responsible for all activity under your account.

3. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the service for illegal or abusive purposes.
• Upload content that infringes intellectual property rights or violates laws.
• Attempt to disrupt or gain unauthorized access to the service.

4. Content and Intellectual Property

• You retain ownership of the koi images, videos, photos, and content you upload.
• By uploading, you grant us a worldwide, royalty-free license to use, analyze, and process this content, including for:
• Analytics, AI training, and service improvement
• Public competition use, such as:
  • Displaying your name, personal photo, and uploaded koi content in competition details
  • Publishing competition progress and results
  • Creating and issuing competition certificates and rewards
  • Displaying content publicly as part of official competition records
• AirsKoi content, trademarks, and software remain our property and may not be copied or redistributed without permission.

5. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms or misuse the service.

6. Disclaimer and Limitation of Liability

• AirsKoi is provided “as is” without warranties.
• We are not liable for any damages resulting from use of the service, except where required by law.

7. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Japan. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of Tokyo, Japan.

8. Changes

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of AirsKoi constitutes acceptance of updated terms.

9. Governing Language

These Terms may be translated into multiple languages.
In the event of inconsistency, the Japanese version shall prevail and be legally binding.
